Olivy selects a refined blend of premium Portuguese olives: Cobrançosa, Madural, Verdeal, and Cordovil. Sourced from trusted groves in Trás-os-Montes, the result is a rich, layered oil that reflects the region’s soul.

Hand-Picking
Harvested at first light, when the olives are still cool from the night air, minimizing oxidation and preserving their delicate aroma before milling begins.

Six-Hour Press
Every olive travels just minutes from the grove to the stone mill, where the first cold-pressing begins before the sun has fully risen, capturing peak freshness at its most vibrant.
