WHERE IT BEGINS

Our current release is sourced from a modern estate in Trás-os-Montes, Portugal, an olive region of altitude, sun, and wind that favors bright, structured oils. The grove is monitored for weather, soil moisture, irrigation, and nutrition to steward resources and quality. The on-site mill combines clean-room discipline with stainless-steel storage and in-house quality control.

DESIGN & SERVICE
