Chosen by our family
We only bring home food we'd serve at our own table. Our olive oil comes from a single estate in Trás-os-Montes, Portugal, and it had to pass the same four tests.
We didn't set out to start an olive oil company. We just wanted the taste we grew up with.
We grew up in Brazil, where olive oil was on the table at every meal. Nobody treated it as a luxury. It was simply part of how our families cooked, ate, and stayed close.
When we moved to America, it was the one thing from home we couldn't replace. The bottles on the shelf tasted like nothing, and too often they weren't even what the label promised.
So we went looking for the real thing. We found a single family grove, sent every harvest to an independent lab, and decided to make every result public, batch by batch.
Olivy is how we set that table again, this time with room for your family too. Every bottle is one we'd pour for our own kids. That's the only standard we trust.
Pull up a chair. We're glad you're here.
— The Olivy family
Back in Brazil, olive oil went on everything, and it tasted like something real. When we moved to the States, we couldn't find that anywhere. The supermarket bottles were flat and hollow, nothing like home, and rarely the quality their labels promised.
When we finally tasted real single-origin oil again, two things hit us: how good it was, and how long we'd been misled. So we made it our mission to bring that taste to American tables, family-tested for flavour and proven by a third-party lab.
